David Palmer, a vocalist that appears on Can't Buy A Thrill and Countdown To Ecstacy albums by Steely Dan , claims that he is owed unpaid royalties for his contribution to the pair of releases.  A lawsuit reportedly filed in Los Angeles on Friday (2/28) seeks payment for the digital sale of tracks he appears on under a contract he signed in 1972 stipulating he would receive 1/6 of the revenue from the sale of songs he sang on for the band.
