Boss Bungalow Back on Block

The little house in Long branch, NJ Bruce Springsteen shacked up in while writing songs for Born To Run has returned to the market at a hefty mark-up.  The two bedroom, one bath bungalow sold for around $280k three years ago has a price tag of of $349,900 this time around.  A trio of owners bought the modest house in 2009 (story). One is getting married and wants out. The other two may be willing to accept an offer for the groom-to-be's share.  The hiked price is said to reflect upgrades that have been made to the home. If that's the case, its value may actually have decreased to someone considering buying it or buying in because it is a live-in piece of Rock history.
