The Songwriters Hall Of Fame has announced the 2010 inductees.  Leonard Cohen, Jackie DeShannon, David Foster, Johnny Mandel and the writing members of Earth Wind & Fire made it in.  Nominated but not in this year: Lou Reed & Garth Brooks.  Cohen, recognized with a Grammy Lifetime Achievement award this year, and the others will be honored during the induction ceremony at the Marriott Marquis in New York City on June 17.
