Already facing charges related to drug posession and making threats and just two days after his latest court appearance on those counts, Phil Rudd was detained by police again after AC/DC drummer got in an altercation with another man and then attacked his own body guard while he attempted to restrain Rudd from continuing the fight. Tauranga, NZ police arrived on the scene and handcuffed Rudd while they tried to sort things out. Rudd was reportedly later seen back at the cafe the incident started in picking-up things he'd dropped during the tussles. A witness to his return said he yelled 'never get involved with the mafia' to other patrons before leaving the scene.
