Fans Down Under looking forward to a rare opportunity to catch Gregg Allman live will have to wait longer. A broken wrist has forced the Allman Brothers Band veteran to cut-short his Australian tour. The injury occurred shortly before the start of his solo tour dates Down Under, but Allman avoided bowing out of dates until his injury '...unexpectedly worsened leaving him in severe pain and unable to perform', according to tour promoter Bluefest Touring. Fans willing to settle for extended sets by Warren Haynes and Gregg's son Devon can still attend the shows, but those wanting refunds will have them granted.
