A Baltimore brewer is in trouble for branding one of its beers Ozzy Ale. Meanwhile, a Dutch beer company has produced a commercial with actors portraying departed music and film stars sudsing it up on an after-life tropical island.  The Baltimore brewer has earned a cease and desist notice from Ozzy Osbourne's camp. Given how protective the Presley estate is about licensing, the brewers of Radler Beer will probably be hearing from them about the spot below, unless their elder Elvis got approval.
