Someone made off with the memorial sign posted by the Mississippi Blues Commission at the birthplace of Blues guitar legend BB King near the hamlet of Berclair in Leflore County.  The large sign commemorating the life of King is one of more than 120 along the Mississippi Blues Trail placed at historic spots associated with Blues masters.  Alan Hammons, who made the King sign, said, 'It clearly points out the interest some people have in our musical heritage, but we'd obviously prefer they leave the marker in place.' Plans are already in the works to replace the marker.
