Fallon with U2 on Tonight Show debut

Jimmy Fallon takes over the Tonight Show in its regular 11:30pm slot on Feb. 17 with Will Smith and U2 as his lead guests.  The week prior to that, the latest successor to Jack Parr, Johnny Carson and Jay Leno will have a run of shows that will start after NBC's nightly Olympics coverage wraps up at midnight.  Leno's final Tonight show will be Feb. 6 with Garth Brooks and Billy Crystal. Seth Meyers slides into Fallon's former time slot and has SNL cohort Amy Poehler booked for his first show.  Our suggestion to them and all of the sports commentators; it's way past time to retire the coat & tie look.
