Cobain childhood home on market

How much value does having housed a world known rocker in his youth add to a home?  About 10 times its assessed value in the mind of whoever decided what the listing price of the Aberdeen, Washington house that Kurt Cobain spent the first 9 years of his life in. The just over 1,500 square foot bungalow has had few alterations since the former Nirvana front man last lived in it between the ages of 16 and 20. A hole he punched in the wall of his bedroom is still there, as are furnishings and some of Kurt's wall drawings. The house sits just a few blocks from the Kurt Cobain Memorial Park.
