Liverpool landmark club not for sale (video)

A London newspaper reported that Liverpool's Cavern Club, a room the Beatles performed in hundreds of times before graduating into much bigger venues, was being put up for sale.  A spokesman for the historic club denied that the venue is for sale, saying only a shopping center adjacent to it was being listed.  Brian Epstein, the group's eventual manager, heard them live for the first time on the cramped stage under the club's arched ceiling in the fall of 1961.  The club also hosted shows by the Rolling Stones, the Who, the Kinks the Yardbirds and Elton John.
