Things are not well with Rockford, Illinois band Cheap Trick.  Rick Nielsen, Robin Zander and Tom Petersson have initiated a suit of their own aagainst drummer Bun E. Carlos after he sued the band contending he'd been squeezed on a deal for him to continue as the group's drummer despite not wanting to tour.  The Carlos suit was instigated after he learned the other band members had recorded a new studio track without him. Friday (8/30), the others filed a counter claim that contends Carlos was removed from the band and associated corporations in accordance with proper process.
