Steve Perry is taking legal action against Neal Schon and Jonathan Cain in a trademark challenge over twenty Journey songs. The band's former lead singer contends that Schon and Cain sought to register the songs for commercial use without his agreeing to it. The filing has renewed bickering between the former band mates, with guitarist Schon attributing Perry's move to jealousy in a tweet on his Twitter account, and also describing it as "...a real sickness".
