Rapid recovery wishes to Elvis Costello who today announced he must cancel additional live due to surgery to address a "small but very aggressive cancerous malignancy".  The operation has already taken place and some dates were played post-op, but his doctor has decided he needs additional recovery time before resuming his tour.
