U2 soared to the top of the album sales charts when Songs Of Experience was released, but plunged by more than 80% in the second week, landing at #7 on one predicted sales chart and #15 on a streaming chart. 
Heralded as the best U2 album since The Joshua Tree by many critics, the plummeting interest in the release makes it obvious that unless fans are holding off getting it in hopes someone will gift it to them for the holidays, most are a lot less impressed by what they hear than the critics are.
