The Rock Hall Of Fame has introduced a ballot that includes 18 bands or artists in contention for induction in 2018.

Leading the list of nominees (in our opinion) are Dire Straits the Moody Blues, Judas Priest, Bon Jovi, The Cars and the J. Geils Band.  Also included are Depeche Mode, Rage Against The Machine, the Zombies, the MC5, Radiohead, Rufus Featuring Chaka Khan, Te Meters, Eurthymics, LL Cool J, Nina Simone, Sister Rosetta Tharpe, and Kate Bush.
