George Thorgood goes it alone

George Thorogood has cut-loose from the Destroyers to release his first solo album. Party Of One is slated for an August 4 release and finds the Blues-Rock master interpreting 14 tracks, including songs from Hank Williams (Pictures From Life's Other Side), the Rolling Stones (No Expectations) and a solo version of One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer, the John Lee Hooker tune George turned into an epic electric song with his band. Thorogood calls the album '...what I was, what I am, and what I will always be.'
