The August 21 release from Lynyrd Skynyrd will be the first featruing one-time Black Crowes member Johnny Colt.  Last of a Dying Breed includes 11 tracks, but a bonus edition featuring four added tunes will also get released.  The latest studio album marks a return to the 'old school' approach to recording.  Gary Rossington called the process of laying down songs live in the studio instead of piecing together tracks individual musicians recorded in seperate sessions '...a lot of fun', and something he says resulted in a better feeling and sounding album, adding, 'We can't wait to let the fans hear these songs and play 'em live.'
