Grammy nominations won't be announced for a number of weeks, but the industry organization has revealed that Bruce Springsteen will be honored as the MusiCares Person of the Year two days ahead of the annual awards ceremony.  The award, given in recognition of an artist's commitment to charitable causes, will be presented to The Boss at a black-tie event on Feb. 8 in LA. The award was first presented in 1991. Previous winners include Neil Young, Paul McCartney and David Crosby.
