Parrotheads with iPads and Facebook accounts can now waste away day and night in a virtual Margaritaville with the release of a Jimmy Buffett themed freemium social game. Margaritaville Online presents gamers with the means to collect incentives as they navigate between palms and umbrella drinks in a world conjured by geeks in a Key West state of mind. If the the video trailer for the game is any indication, the avatars and settings in this particular Margaritaville are totally tame in appearance and behavior. Even the pirate depicted briefly doesn't appear to have a single sinister or disheveled pixel in his body, so it looks like it is designed for the mild rather than the wild Parrotheads.  Maybe a future spin-off will come along for people hoping to hang out all night with characters like Hemmingway and Jack Sparrow.
