Watts Up For A Stones Tour

Anything concerning a Rolling Stones 50th Anniversary world tour remains only conjecture but as far as the venerable drummer for the band is concerned, it oughtta happen. Speaking with BBC6, Charlie Watts said it would be a shame if the band doesn't stage one more big global extravaganza, but he admits that getting his band mates on the same page on the subject is '...such a bloody performance' itself that it might not happen.  As to what has kept the current lineup of the group together so long, Watts says, "I think no one wants to quit because the other will say 'you quit'".  If the band does go out, the tour could include former members Bill Wyman and Mick Taylor (story)
