John and Julie Fogerty will celebrate their 20th anniversary aboard the Proud Mary, a Mississippi river boat renamed in honor of the biggest song Fogerty wrote and recorded with Creedence Clearwater Revival.  The Saturday (4/23) cruise will include a performance of the 1969 classic from Bayou Country, the second release by CCR.  Fogerty says his love of New Orleans music made a river boat cruise out of NOLA a perfect way to celebrate his marriage, saying, '...even though we were married in Indiana, we could not think of a better way to celebrate than going down to the bayou with our children and friends.'  The couple might also pick-up some story lines to include in a book they are writing together about life in a back-water community in the deep south.
