An altercation that alledgedly took place between Vince Neil and a woman that maintains the former Motley Crue member grabbed her by her hair and dragged her to the ground when she approached actor Nicholas Cage to compliment him on his acting has led to a battery charge. The incident in a Las Vegas hotel lobby spilled over to outside the hotel when a visibly angry Cage took Neil aside and lit into him last April (story).  Lawyers entered a not guilty plea on behalf of Neil, who was not required to be present for the brief session Wednesday (7/27) in a Las Vegas court.  A trial date has been set for September 19th in the case.  One of the lawyers representing Neil told the Las Vegas Sun that people should not '...prejudge situations until all the facts come in'.
