Victoria Park in London goes from tranquil to ear-splitting July 23 & 24 with the return of the High Voltage festival.  The Classic/Mainstream event has announced a 2011 lineup that includes Jethro Tull, Judas Priest, Dream Theater, the Michael Schenker Group and Black Country Communion, the band featuring guitarist Joe Bonamassa, Jason Bonham, Glenn Hughes of Deep Purple & Black Sabbath fame and Dream Theater veteran Derek Sherinian.  Dust Bowl, Bonamassa's 9th studio album, is due for release on March 22.  Recorded in settings as diverse as Greece and Nashville, the album is electric Blues-Rock driven, but includes a taste of country tinged tunes and guest appearances by Vince Gill and John Hiatt.
