Making money on real estate has gotten as tough as nailing Jello to a wall, but Graham Nash managed to pocket a nice profit with the sale of a home in the LA enclave of Encino when it recently sold for its asking price of $1.6 million - close to twice what the former Hollies and CSN member paid for it. The 6 bed room Tudor style home sports 4,600 square feet, along with a guest house that includes a recording studio. The grounds also feature and pool and spa area. Nash composed a lot of songs while sitting at the piano in the living room. Graham and his wife, Susan, have only used the home occasionally since buying a place in Hawaii, where they will now reside full-time. Nash was in London last week for a ceremony in another posh piece of real estate. He picked-up an OBE honor from the Queen in Buckingham Palace (story).
