No official explanation of the Don Henley ailment that led to recent Eagles concert cancellations has been given, but word filtering out of the Austin City Limits festival in Texas is that the drummer, guitarist and singer had a stent put in his heart. A report in the Houston Press observes that Henley has probably been been advised by doctors not to play drums for a bit.
