The lineup for a New York City tribute Jeff Beck has been putting together to the guitarist and inventor largely responsible for the solid body electric guitar has been growing ever since he announced his plan for it.  A June 9 night at the Iridium Jazz Club has grown into what will be a summit of great pickers playing in tribute to Les Paul, who died last August.  On the night of what would have been Paul's 95th birthday, Jeff Beck will be joined by Johnny Winter, Steve Miller, Robbie Robertson, Warren Haynes, Nils Lofgren and Zakk Wylde.  Paul, who maintained a regular Monday night gig at the Manhattan club almost until the last week of his celebrated life.  The room will officially be named in his honor during the event.
