After a year and a half of turmoil and strife, friends say Ron Wood is in a much better place thanks to Ana Araujo.  According to the Daily Express, the 30 year-old Brazilian model that sported body paint in the 2007 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue has helped the Stones guitarist kick booze and even has the 62 year-old Wood contemplating marriage.  Wood split with his wife of 24 years last fall (story), and ended a stormy relationship with Ekaterina Ivanova after an altercation with  her landed him in jail.
