Ringo Starr joins the 2,401 entertainment celebrities with a star embedded in concrete along the fabled Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday (1/8).  The Beatles drummer's star will reside close to ones honoring John Lennon (1988) and George Harrison (2009) near the entrance to the landmark circular Capitol Records building at 1750 Vine.  The Beatles were collectively honored with a star on Hollywood Boulevard on Christmas Day in 1998.  The Hollywood Walk ceremony for Ringo, which falls on the 50th anniversary of the first star's unveiling, will include a performance of Beatles and Starr solo tunes by a marching band made up of members from multiple Los Angeles district schools.
