Clarence Clemons underwent surgery to take care of painful issues with his back a few weeks ago. (story)  A post to his Twitter account a few days after the operation made it seem like The Big Man expected he'd be up and about by now.  If he left the hospital, it was only briefly.  A 1/29 post from Clemons reads '4 the last 2 weeks I've been in the hospital trying to fix what's wrong'.  The eternally upbeat Clemons, whose Twitter Bio reads 'Saxophonist, sexual adventurer, poet and author! And the Biggest Man you've ever seen!', ends the message with '...it won't be long - I'll be back!  Hang in there we'll be partyin soon!'
