A scheduled appearance by Steven Tyler at a Concord, NH benefit to support efforts to reduce substance abuse among young people has been scuttled.  Organizers of the Jan. 23 event at the Capitol Center for the Arts hope to be able to reschedule once the Aerosmith front man is good-to-go after dealing with his own relapse.
