Prospects for a Kinks reunion may be looking up (story), but plans for a 2010 run of Come Dancing, a musical based on the music of the group, have been put on the shelf.  A release issued on behalf of Ray Davies called the front man 'extremely disappointed' that the planned tour is off.  No reason for the decision was given, although the apology released by his studio said that Davies would '...be issuing a statement in due course'.
