The short set U2 did Thursday (11/5) near the site where the Berlin Wall once stood was done within a walled-off area, an irony that was not at all amusing to fans without tickets hoping to be able to see the show. Reaction ranged from disappointment to outrage over the band's decision to perform a free concert behind a wall.
