Ghost Writer Finishes Beatle Song

A song believed to have been started by George Harrison that was left behind after a Beatles session in Abbey Road Studio has been finished.  A BBC program host arranged to have songwriter Dean Johnson complete the lyrics in a way that reflected both the style and the mindset of Harrison at the time he wrote it.  The biting lyrics in the 10 lines Harrison supplied for the song, titled Silence (Is It's Own Reply), are thought by many to be about his increasingly strained relationship with John Lennon.  The reverse side of the piece of paper, which is on display at the British Library, has directions to the country home of manager Brian Epstein. See the lyrics here.
