We wrote some weeks back the Deep Purple's long overdue induction the Rock Hall could turn into a Rock Brawl. Comments flying back and forth between current and former members make it sound like we're already entering the middle rounds. The latest member to mouth off against another's qualifications for being a legit inductee is Joe Lynn Turner. Speaking with That Heavy Metal Show's Eddie Trunk, Turner called the latest lineup that guitarist Ritchie Blackmore put together a 'cover band' Turner says he found out that he was being excluded from the lineup through a media interview. Blackmore himself could be outside looking in during the April 8th ceremony if reports we got over the weekend prove true. (story).
