Less than two weeks after being sentenced to 8 months of house detention and days after announcing that he would contest that sentence (story), former AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd apparently has a new rap to try to beat.  Rudd was reportedly taken back into custody and locked up leading into the weekend by Bay Of Plenty Police, but officials declined to confirm the arrest or comment on the charges thad led to the arrest.  Rudd is due in court on Monday (7/20).
