Drummer Phil Rudd apparently feels he has been though enough already and did not want to endure the spectacle of being on trial.  Already drummed out of his position in AC/DC, Rudd elected to enter guilty pleas on drug posession counts and admit to threatening to kill an acquaintance and his daughter.  The charges were filed against Rudd in December of last year. He could be sentenced to almost 8 years of jail time, but was released on bail until June 26th.
