Gary Rossington 1959 Les Paul (Rock Hall of Fame)
Lynyrd Skynyrd will perform their debut and second albums along with other tracks on consecutive nights at Jacksonville's Florida Theatre. The February 12 & 13 concerts are being filmed for a television special and DVD release. Johnny Van Zant says the band has wantedd to do complete performances of Pronounced 'Leh-nerd Skin-erd' and Second Helping for ages and he and the band 'Can't wait to Rock it'. The 1973 & '74 albums propelled the band to the top tier of Southern Rock and on the path to the Rock Hall Of Fame, which they were inducted into in 2006.
