Bobby Keys played saxophone for lots of artists but he was best known for the sax parts he played on Rolling Stones songs. His death on Tuesday (12/2) brought tributes from Stones members including Keith Richards, who shared birth dates with Keys and posted a photo of a hand written note calling Keys '...the greatest pal in the world.' The band's Facebook page noted that Keys '...made a lasting contribution to the American music scene', adding, 'Bobby's horn may be silenced here on Earth, but the music he graciously shared will eternally live on.'
