The Kings Of Leon drummer suffered broken ribs when the group's tour bus broke abruptly to avoid a pedestrian that the group's Facebook page claimed 'jumped' in front of their bus as it was on the way to a hotel following a Boston concert Saturday night (8/9).  The sudden stop sent drummer Nathan Followill flying and landed him in an area hospital where he was being trated for broken ribs.  The injury forced the band to cancel Sunday's scheduled show in Saratoga, New York and will do the same for other tour dates until further notice.  Followill later tweeted, 'Thank you for all the get well soons. I'm a little banged up but will be back better than ever.'
