The most successful Rock franchise afloat will sail for the last time this November.  Lynyrd Skynyrd's Simple Man Cruise VIII on the Norwegian Pearl will Rock the waters from Miami to Key West with a stopover at Great Stirrup Cay, a private island in the Bahamas. Setting sail November 16 with the host band, Foghat, the Starship, the Devon Allman Band, The Band of Heathens and a dozen other acts, the Pearl will be a floating venue that offers not only a lotta great music, but also sports a bowling alley, a casino, a rock climbing wall and (our favorite), 24 hour room service!
