Johnny Winter has collected quite the lineup of guest musicians for his next album.  Eric Clapton is the latest to join a group of special guests that already includes Mark Knopfler, Billy Gibbons, Joe Perry, Gregg Allman and Dr. John on an album that will feature covers of a number of blues standards from the likes of Muddy Waters, Elmore James and Robert Johnson.  The as yet untitled album is expected out in the spring of 2014.
