David Bowie didn't just retire from touring and recording - he virtually disappeared. Just as suddenly, the enigmatic Rocker has returned. At the stroke of midnight on his birthday (1/8), a revamped davidbowie.com announced a new song, vedeo and album for the New Year.  Where are We Now, a haunting, piano accompanied song, is the lead track and became immediately available through iTunes.  The album, Bowie's first in a decade and 30th overall, is titled THE NEXT DAY and will get released in March.  It will be available in two configurations; a 14 song issue and a Deluxe edition including 3 additional titles.
