Ghost Brothers of Darkland County
, the musical product of the combined talents of Stephen King and John Mellencamp, opened last spring, leaving many wondering when the soundtrack would see the light of day.  A release date of March 19 has finally been confirmed for the album, which was co-produced by John with T-Bone Burnett and includes songs from Elvis Costello, Taj Mahal, Kris Kristofferson, Sheryl Crow and others.  The release will arrive in a number of formats, including one that features copies of the hand written lyrics and a special DVD.  Mellencamp's sole performance credit is attached to final song on the soundtrack, a song titled Truth.
