According to Geddy Lee, Neil Peart has not only retired from Rush, he's given up playing the drums entirely. Speaking with SiriusXM hos Eddie Trunk, Lee said that he thinks Rush drummer is content living his life without any future time behind a drum kit. As lee put it, "He hasn't just retired from Rush; he's retired from drumming. He's not drumming anymore,and he's living his life.' If that's the case, Lee and guitarist Alex Lifeson have no issues with it. Geddy does expect he and Lifeson will work together in the future, but no firm plans are in place for what they might come out with.
