TMZ is reporting that a landscaper has file suit against David Lee Roth claiming that Roth's dog attacked him while he was doing work at the Van Halen front man's Pasadena home.  Roth's lawyer countered by contending that the fact the man filing the claim did not seek hospital treatment until well after a month following the alleged incident involving Roth's Australian Cattle dog is a strong indication that it is just an attempt to shake his client down for money.
