Despite there being no conflict evident on his public schedule, Bob Dylan has reportedly claimed that a prior commitment wil prevent him from being able to attend the ceremony honoring Nobel Prize recipients in Stockholm in December.  The enigmatic singer-songwriter has often avoided award ceremonies.  Dylan was named the Nobel Lauriate in Literature on December 13th (story).
