John Fogerty is putting together a collection of new versions of Creedence Clearwater Revival classics and is doing it with help form a musically diverse bunch of fellow musicians. The album John hopes to have out this fall is titled Wrote A Song For Everyone, a song he wrote for the 1969 album CCR album Green River. Billboard reports that Bob Seger, members of the Foo Fighters and My Morning Jacket have signed on to do new versions of songs with Fogerty, as have Country artists Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban and Brad Paisley. The Foo Fighers have apparently opted for Fortunate Son - a song Bob Seger released a live version of in 1986, while Seger joins Fogerty on the updated take on Who'll Stop The Rain.
