The three surviving original members of Bad Company, Paul Rodgers, Simon Kirke and Mick Ralphs, have announced that the band  will make a series of festival appearances in Europe this summer.  The group will appear June 9 at the Sweden Rock Festival and follow that event up with performances at five events in Germany - Berlin (6/11) Stuttgart (6/12), Augsburg (6/14), Trier (6/15) and Cologne (6/16).  The festival dates will mark the band's first concerts in on the continent in 37 years.  Bad Company did a short UK tour in 2010 and last played in the States at the August, 2008 concert at the Hard Rock in Hollywood, Florida to record a CD & DVD.  Founding member Boz Burrell died in Spain in 2006.
