FBI Files On Hendrix Go Public

The FBI's interest in the anti-war activities of John Lennon and a handful of other politically active musicians in the 60's & 70's has been well documented.  But the bureau also kept tabs on dozens of other musicians during that period.  Many pages from those files are now online and searchable thanks to Freedom Of Information requests. You can read-up on Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, members of the Jefferson Airplane and the Grateful Dead and  the 34 heavily redacted pages on James Marshall Hendrix at Vault.fbi.gov
