Neil Young, fresh off inducting Tom Waits into the Rock Hall Of Fame in New York, was the recipient of a couple of honors himself over the weekend when he accepted Juno awards in his native Canada honoring him for his humanitarian efforts and for Le Noise, his 2010 release.  Young, who spend decades of making a point of avoiding awards events, accepted the honors in person, saying, 'The older I get the more appreciative I am.'  It was the first time Young had attended the North of The Border equivalent of the Grammys in almost 30 years.  On receiving the Adult Album honor for Le Noise Young noted, 'I'm an adult, there's no alternative', and said, 'Other people put all sorts of handles on albums, but it's all music to me.'
